Heyyyyy my loves!!! I hope all is well and that you are embracing the King/Queen within. So getting to business one of my post on my vision board for 2015 is to GET FIT! Yep I'm pretty sure its been on there since I was like 18 or something lol I know I'm not alone! lol.
So how many times have we all heard that losing weight starts with your mental state? A million right? Well I hate to say that as long as I was in denial it turns out its THE TRUTH. Craziness I tell you. It wasn't until I sat down and truly put my mind to it that I began to see results. But I also realized that it isn't enough to just think "I want to lose weight" I needed to come up with a legit plan.
So honey I put all those pins to use that I made on pinterest. Yep... Instead of just looking at them and saying "oh I'm going to try this" I actually made the recipes. So from this point forward I'm just going to share some pictures and recipes with you that I decided to try out. *ALERT* I am nobodies "fitness guru and I'm not saying that these things are doctor approved or what not...I just like the way I feel and what I see" !

1. Green Smoothie:
Spinach
Celery
Green Apples
Kale
I also added in a piece of any red fruit for a little sweetness.
2. Strawberry-Mango Smoothie
1 cup of store bough frozen strawberries
1 cup of store bought frozen mango
1cup of spinach
3. Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
1 cup of store bought frozen strawberries
5 slices of banana
cup of spinach
